Dang those reverse bicycles; they're the only thing I cannot finish on the Ab Ripper X workout. I know, I know, it's only the second day to do it, but still, it annoys me.
The Shoulders and Arms workout was not bad at all. I actually found out that I'm a lot stronger than I was almost two years ago. Last time I attempted this was before I had even heard of BodyPump. Yay BodyPump!! My limitation is that we only have dumbbells in increments of 5s. All but one exercise I used the 10s, but I don't know if there are any that I could finish with 15s.
So today was a pretty "easy" day...just one Pump class and then my P90X workouts. Eating was good, but I think I'm already in a rut. It's just easier that way.
Time for your question: What is your favorite frozen dinner?

Amy- I just started reading your blog so I have some catching up to do but I like the Weight Watchers frozen meals pretty well. I like the lasagna florintine (sp?).
